The furniture : normally the landlord will offer the fully furniture for the tenant ,if you have your own furniture , it is possible to discuss with the landlord to move their furniture out . also if you don¡¯t like the furniture it is also possible to change the furniture for you .

5. Method of payment:
the rental will be paid in advance . The payment of rental shall be made each period, ? month(s) is one period .it is also depend on the both your side how work it out .

According to the Chinese Law, tenant and the landlord should pay the commission for the real estate agent
Up to 1200us$ rental ,most of the landlord will pay the whole commission to us .
